Flymen Surface Seducer Howitzer Baitfish Popper Heads imitate the head of a small minnow or baitfish splashing and sipping at the water surface. The deep rear recess accepts an articulated body and tail, letting the minnow body hang in the water at roughly a 45-degree angle.
