RIO's Hogan Brokeback Shad adapts Float n Fly tactics to fly rods for winter and early spring bass. The pattern imitates small shad, wakasagi minnows, and other forage fish with a dead or very slow presentation under a float, stripped slowly, or fished on sinking lines along rock walls.
