The Tibor Billy Pate Tarpon is an anti-reverse fly reel for demanding environments.
Introduced by Ted Juracsik in 1975, the Billy Pate Tarpon reel uses an anti-reverse design for 10- to 12-weight rods. It is built from solid bar stock aluminum with a large impregnated main drag, double clickers, double anti-reverse dogs, and rim control for added braking.
