The Tibor Pacific Fly Reel handles heavy saltwater fly reel demands.
Introduced in 1995, the Tibor Pacific pairs a large arbor spool with a sealed internal design and cork disc drag system. It supports 13, 14, and 15 weight rods and is built for sailfish, marlin, tuna, and large tarpon applications.

- After each use, rinse thoroughly in fresh water.
- Periodically, especially after extensive exposure to saltwater, remove the line and backing and wipe them down with a wet cloth to remove salt.
- To disassemble the reel for cleaning, the only tool required is a penny.
- All reels are lubricated at the factory before assembly, and relubrication is generally not necessary.
- Tibor Graphite Lube may be used to lubricate the cork drag disc.
- Exceeding the recommended capacity by overfilling the spool, putting line on too tightly, or applying too much tension may damage the spool and is not covered under warranty.
- Use the capacity chart as your guide.
- Monofilament line is not recommended for use on Tibor reels.
