UNI Waxed Thread supports fly tying with polyester thread in multiple sizes and colors.
Choose 3/0 for tying on hooks larger than size #12, or use 6/0 as a general fly-tying thread. The 6/0 thread uses continuous polyester filaments and an exclusive waxing process that creates a thin coating to reduce wax buildup in the bobbin tube. The 8/0 Midge Waxed UNI-Thread is a fine fly-tying thread noted for strength for its diameter.
